Somaliland I Ministry of Water Resources Development (MoWRD) has received technical and financial
assistance from UNICEF for Warta-sheikh borehole drilling.
Therefore, MoWRD invites qualified Drilling companies, who can participate in the tender bid for the above works. With the following detailed information:
- Application Letter on Company headed paper including the PhysiGetl Address, Director's names, and telephone and e-mail contacts.
- Valid license as Drilling permit.
- Each contractor will be allowed to collect one lot
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company profile including a list of major clients, similar project(s) completed in the last 4 years (drilled boreholes) with corresponding associated costs
- Company's Registration, By-laws, personnel, and organizational structure.
- Company's equipment.
- Current location of the equipment.
- Master drillers, personnel incl. personal record, capacity, and their Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
- Company audit reports/accounts for 2021
- Company account financial statement 2019-2020
The competence companies can collect BID documents at the Ministry of Water Resources on 20’h Oct
2022,
SUBMISSIONS:
All submissions should be addressed to the Office of the Director General of the Ministry of Water Resources
Development in a sealed envelope clearly marked
on 2’d Nov 2022 at the hail of MoWRD. Expression of interest received afteF the stipLllated dat 2 iFld time will be
invalidated.
