  REHABILITATION/UPGRADING OF DHOQOSHAY EXISTING WATER SYSTEM & QORYAALE CONSTUCTION SAND DAM & GABION WORK

Somaliland Ministry of Water Resources Development (MoWRD) has received the technical and financial assistance from UNDP for Rehabilitation & upgrading of Water Sysment Dhoqoshay District and Construction Sand Dam & Gabion Work of Qoryaale Distict Togdheer Region.

 

Therefore, MoWRD invites to qualified construction companies, who can participate in the tender bid for the above works. With the following detailed information:

 

  • Application Letter on Company headed paper including the Physical Address, Director’s names and telephone and e-mail contacts
  • Valid license as Construction Company.
  • Valid tax Clearance Certificate
  • Company profile including list of major clients, similar project(s) completed in last 3 years  (Pipe laying and Construction) with corresponding associated costs
  • Company’s Registration, By-laws, personnel and organizational structure
  • Company’s equipment
  • Current location of the equipment
  • Civil Engineers, personnel incl. personal record, capacity and their Curriculum Vitae (CVs)
  • Company audit reports/accounts for  2022
  • Company account financial statement 2021-2022

 

The qualified companies can collect BID documents at Ministry of Water Resources on 16th July 2023,

 

SUBMISSIONS:

All submissions should be addressed to the Office of the Ministry of Water Resources in a sealed   envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for  Rehabilitation & upgrading Water Sysment of Dhoqoshay District and Construction Sand Dam & Gabion Work of Qoryaale Distict. must be received latest by 1:00PM Somaliland local time on 29st July, 2023 the tender will opened on 30 th  July at the MoWRD office. Expression of interest received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

MoWRD strongly encourages interested bidders to visit the project site before they submit their bid documents
