Somaliland Ministry of Water Resources Development (MoWRD) has received technical and financial assistance from UNDP for Habari-heshay Repairing of Water shallow well and fencing two community water Berkeds.
Therefore MoWRD invites to qualified construction companies, who can participate in the tender bid for the above works. With the following detailed information:
· Application Letter on Company headed paper including the Physical Address, Director’s names and telephone and e-mail contacts.
· Valid license as Construction Company.
· Each contractor will be allowed to collect one lot
· Valid tax Clearance Certificate
· Company profile including list of major clients, similar project(s) completed in last 4 years (Pipe laying and Construction) with corresponding associated costs
· Company’s Registration, By-laws, personnel and organizational structure.
· Company’s equipment.
· Current location of the equipment.
· Civil Engineers, personnel incl. personal record, capacity and their Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
· Company audit reports/accounts for 2020.
· Company account financial statement 2021-2022
The competence companies can collect BID documents at Ministry of Water Resources on 6th Oct 2022
SUBMISSIONS:
All submissions should be addressed to the Office of the Director General of the Ministry of Water Resources in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Habari-heshay Repairing and fencing of Water shallow well and two community water Berkeds must be received latest by 1:00PM Somaliland local time on 11th Oct , 2022, the tender will be opened on 12th , 2022 at the hall of MoWRD. Expression of interest received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
MoWRD strongly encourages interested bidders to visit the project site before they submit their bid documents
